Project Managers
We are looking for IT managers with solid technical project
management experience in software industry. Experience
in architecting complex solutions, successful
concept-to-commissioning of products and projects and client
interfacing is must. Candidates will be required to lead and
motivate group of 10 or more software developers. The job will involve frequent
international travel.
Technical Leads
We are looking for seasoned and technically savvy professionals to lead our
technical teams. The ideal candidate will be First-Class MCS/MCA/BE/ME from
a premier institution with more than four years of software
development experience. Should be experienced in designing
software solutions using different technologies and architectures. A proven background in Windows internals,
tools and networking technologies is a must. An aggressive personality, and a willingness
to meet challenges head on is a required quality. Candidates will be required to lead and
motivate teams of four to six development engineers. The job will involve frequent
international travel.
Software Engineers
The job responsibility includes designing
and implementing individual components. All positions require a Bachelors or Masters
degree in Computer Science, knowledge of C/C++, strong knowledge of
algorithms, good analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills, and an
ability to work in a team. The ideal candidate
should have 6+ months of software
development experience in a commercial environment. Our interview process is quite rigorous, and involves written
tests as well as technical interviews where you will be asked to design, analyze and
optimize algorithms.
QA Leads
The job responsibility includes designing, developing, implementing
and maintaining automated tests and test plans. The candidate should
be able to perform scalability and performance tests on our software
products. Should have experience of minimum one year in software
quality assurance.
QA Engineers
The job responsibility includes manual and automated testing of
software. The candidate should be able to maintain bug-tracking data
and verify bug fixes. Should have 6+ months of experience in
software testing.
